Everyone was fit..Giac, Vergini and Jones?

One thing is for certain Roberge wouldn't have been playing..But what f Giac was fit, what would have happened there then?

Also one other question.

Do you think Mannone will start the next game?

Mannone

Wes----O'Shea
Jones-------------------Arnie
Catts
Rodwell Larsson
Johnson--------------Giacc
Wickham

Agree. On Mannone, didn't have one of his best games today but you can't chop and change your keeper for every single mistake. Brom should probably have had another when he flapped at a cross and they bundled it in, but luckily the ref gave a foul on him.

Though he was at fault with second goal, the shot from Dorans (that he pushed out which Gardner crossed for the tap in at back post) was a comfortable save , no need to push it away just keep hold of it.

I disagree, check any goalkeeping training manual, he parried that ball where you're supposed to. He had opposition players in the box, it was a tough shot to keep hold of, if he's tried to keep hold of it and it bounced out (which would be highly likely as he couldn't get his body behind the goal) there would have been hell as it would have been the wrong decision. Fact is that Dorans was allowed to take that shot unchallenged then Arnie lost his man. The cross from Gards was truly exceptional, very difficult ball to get across without going out. No way imo Mannone was at fault for the 2nd goal.

This is why we have debate we all see things in a different way, I thought ( and still think) it was a soft/ easy shot and he could easily have kept a hold of it. But these things happen we should still have defended the rebound better.

Right again on both counts well done fella.
