I actually thought it was a very good article. He had some witty phrases and I did chuckle more than once when reading it. C'mon Stan, if this was another Club and we were looking in from the outside, it would look a bit mad wouldn't it?
no problem SB, no need to explain your frustration, its ok! TF has been saying all the right things lately and it seems clear to me that he is on a knife edge of absolute rangers hero or very unfortunate, unlucky and hard working failure, both for himself and the club. I dont doubt his words or genuine love for the club and the fans, which is why i think he is perhaps trying too hard to make it work, which is a shame but also rather lovable in a 'this could only happen to QPR' sort of way. its not to say i agree with the position the club has taken in the last 2 years, but with the previous two buffoons leaving us a few days to get our stuff together after we got promoted, we rather panic bought some big names and it seems that each year we are now having our hand forced to do the same. I think the biggest errors though came this summer when hughes and the board had a long time to set about a more sustainable recruitment process, but for whatever reasons continued the methods which brought about so much failure the previous year its strange because I look at the situation at Blackburn last year and countless other clubs in our position and the fans have all attacked the board/chairman etc, which i cannot see happening at QPR. I cant think of another club off the top of my head who have a universally liked board despite the fact that they have so far failed to match the fans' expectations. Again, very QPR and rather nice. I still think we'll get out of it as 6 points really isn't that much.
Read the article, haven't read any of the posts in here. I'll just say there's no smoke without fire gentlemen
