Off Topic How to treat constipation

I have lost 2 stones since July, it'd have been a lot more if I was suffering from easy discharge

 

Perhaps you need beer?

Never suffered with it but I would definitely try a curry washed down Stella - it comes out like a jet wash !

 

Before a Saturday home game I liked a Wetherspoons breakfast with coffee refill, that worked a treat!

 

That would be the high quality food products they use

 

I had a McSpicy from McDonalds yesterday. I’ve not been off the bog since

 

Prunes and custard, washed down with syrup of figs .

 

I had a McRib last week.

At the risk of upsetting poor @lardiman , they were definitely better under the previous Government

Rather like @ElfsborgAddick , they are far smaller in real life than on a screen.

 

My constipation after coming out of hospital was like @Charles No Likes Hawtrey, a major problem and very inconvenient.
