    Exactly. Crock pots are great for it. Meat not too lean as you want a bit moisture. Can always add OXO as well. I did when i used to make it from lamb. It goes in with beef as well now. I'm not allowed to make it too hot either. But if it is. A little sour cream sorts it when you serve or a bit Gaucamole. My ambition was to make it better than the Dean diner when it was on Dean street in Newcastle. We used to go there after the clubs in the 80s and get a bowl of chilli. Great it was. Now i'm the consummate BBQ fiend at the drop of a hat. Got some great BBQ meat dishes and all. Or just steak waved above the grill. It's all great and could'nt care less about the weather.

    Find a small cut or make one emo style and pour either bleach or vodka into it ull prob scream but no more laughter
