How to solve our striker crisis in January?

Imagine having a striker that can score goals regularly. Lucky them

 

Would piss my pants laughing if they brought in a 27 year old Macauley Langstaff who’s played about 20 games of football above non-league level and 33 year old free agent Gary Madine who’s “proven” at this level just to prove a point

 

Part of me hopes we manage to go up without a single goal from a striker

Was at a non league game today. A lad I know, been a centre half most of his life, played up front with a bairn. He is 6,3 and one of the most aggressive headers of the ball. Scored a hatrick. There is your answer - Ballard up top.

 

Good player. Proper forward, really puts himself about.

I really hope that we get A mad back on a permie. The Club tried hard too before his injury at manure, that I do know, so fingers crossed. Anyone else, a defender who can play out from the back and is comfortable on the ball is not so much a priority as a holding midfielder is. Who? , Anyone's guess.

Rusyn showed a strikers instinct to stay onside, be on the the defenders shoulder so he can't see him, then get across him to poke the ball home. We've been crying out for this for months.
