A **** called him a twat so Nige told him to **** off and die. It's like he posts on not606. Cut him some slack, the 'fan' deserves to **** off and die to be honest.
For once i actually agree with Nigel Pearson. If you give it then take it. ffs. NP was right. If you dont like what is going on then dont go - simples. The other bit was a tad ott mind.
Still think its nice to see a manager with a bit of what Nige has. Treats the ****s from local press with the contempt they deserve still too I see. I miss that if I'm honest. That fan got exactly what he deserved. I assume, like a lot of fans, he thinks because he's in the stands, and because hey, he's a football fan, he can shout whatever he wants, from the safety of the stands. Well my friend, careful who you choose to shout your bile at, because sometimes the target you pick will return fire. Well done Nige, and he was right, Leicester as a squad are actually trying hard for the team. You could argue they lack quality, but they sure as **** don't lack effort.
I know you're going to think I'm singling you out here (I assure you I'm not and in fact I agree with you on the fan thing, there's nothing worse than them having a pop and then screaming blue murder if they get it back) but surely he knew when he got into football management that the media stuff comes with the role and if he can't handle it without coming over as an arrogant obnoxious prick, he really ought to look for a change of career. As a City fan, I would sometimes cringe at the way he handled interviews with reporters who were also just trying to do their job and usually weren't asking any particularly awkward questions. The former joint Grimsby manager was the same, they shouldn't be doing the job if they can't handle certain aspects of it without putting their club in a bad light.
Stop picking on Bob ffs. Taking a job as a manager does not mean that you have to put up with frankly stupid questions designed to wind you up or get under your skin.
No but you can try and handle it better than those two. Plenty of managers show their frustration with annoying questions but not virtually everytime they are interviewed, it normally takes something particularly galling or idiotic to provoke them.
I actually agree, watching the game I thought you gave it a good go, and you couldn't be critical of the performance and the effort put in. Until the sending off, I thought there was not much between the 2 sides.
It's just fantastic isn't it. He could have told them to just shut up. He could have just told them to f** off. He could have just ignored them 'f** off and die' is a really brilliantly, uncompromising take-down. It's wonderful.

A **** shouting at him that he's a "twat" makes the **** a ****. Nigel telling him to "**** off & die" within earshot of children & other supporters makes him as big a **** as the **** that called him a twat. He should think more & put his thick ****ing brain into action before his dirty potty mouth.
It does, at his level. I dislike NP but appreciate why he did it and why he won't apologise; but it won't change a thing. Football's a ****ed up game.
I like how your hatred of him still lingers. It'd be like Leicester fans giving a toss about Gary Megson
No it doesn't. It means being able to manage a Football team not a f**ing press conference. Nigel's bullish attitude to the press has no effect on his skills as a Football manager.
