I actually thought most of the team put out last night were the correct players. I reckon 3-5-1 and switching Wyke for an AM would be better but overall it's the players who need to step up. Keep sleepwalking into poor match situations they then have to dig themselves out of.
Beat Barnsley at their place next month and it will completely change the complexity of the league table and quieten down some of our more vocal supporters who can't see past the end of their noses as far as understanding the giant steps this club has taken since last May.
Start the team that was on the pitch when we got back to 2-2 in an attacking formation.
Stop giving away daft penalties. We played well apart from 20 minutes in the first half. We created chances and played some good stuff. Just let Ross get on with it. We're improving and the new signings are gelling.

We will improve with time and a little hard work on the training ground, once we get a settled side we will be ready for the play offs as at the moment it looks the most likely route back to the Championship, which will be all we could have hoped for just a few short months ago.
