This is a good point for me. Pardew and Carver are not looking at the bigger picture. They are obsessed with getting another win on the board and turning round the slump. Personally I think once you have players who feel the season is over, it doesn't matter what you do as a manager, they ain't getting their head back in it. We need to ship HBA out so you might aswell play him. Give him a free role (I know this doesn't exist in the modern game) and just do the best you can with it. You never know, he might pop a couple of worldies in and someone might fall into the trap we did.

LDJ has had quite a few chances now. Obviously it can take players a while to adapt, you only have to look at players like Nobby, Colo, Ba to know that. However if we are really that bothered, play HBA off LDJ and drop Cisse. What does it matter, we know what Cisse is anyway. The management should be brutal now and forget giving a **** what the fans think or doing the thing to win matches. Be selfish and look at ways to get the best value for players you are shipping. If it results in a few WTF's from the fans on matchday, so be it. The more money we can recoup for players like HBA, Marveaux etc the better off the team will be next season. At present I'm not even convinced the likes of Obertan, HBA, Marveaux will have takers. Basically you might as well start playing all the second string who are up for sale.
