Tan craves PL football, he needs PL football to further his abitions, he seems to want it a lot more than some city fans. If I think about it, the only reason he would put the young boy in charge is because he needed someone in there he could trust, someone who at least had some idea of the workings, a stopgap. Something not good has happened in that area, and as soon as it came to Tans attention he dealt with it quickly, stopped it in its tracks and put someone in there he believes he can trust until it's sorted. Tan is still learning the ways of football, and no doubt his career hasn't been all win win as far as business is concerned. He is making some mistakes now, here and there, but I doubt the fans knowing the inside and outside of what is going on is something that concerns him. For the fans, and himself, he wants results, and he seems prepared to do what he thinks is best to achieve that. The colour change is whimsical, something he believes is right, and a shock to the system to the rest of us when it happened. But most have got over that, even I can live with a colour change of kit, it's not such a big deal in the grand scheme of things. In fact, picture this, we make a colour change of kit and everybody embraces it! It only because some thought it a step too far that it has taken on such an importance, we have other fans mocking us because of some Cardiff fans view on it, they wouldn't have been able to do that if we had all embraced it, it's just the way something is viewed depending on reaction to it. There is no chance of Tan moving on at this point, he will do everything he believes right to make this club a success story, his dreams excel even our own fans, he speaks of being a top 4 club one day, and he isn't likely to let anyone get in the way of that.
