Ryan has disappointed me by leaving when we are in the middle of a relegation battle. Moreover, he's well known in the MLS and I believe another management offer would have come around very quickly. He's had a very good season so far and I have admired his whole-hearted commitment in every match but I will find it difficult to applaud him for leaving us at such a critical time.
