I'm going for another 6, easy opening day 3 point banker at any rate. Perhaps they might give us a game at their **** hole this season though.

Hopefully none as I find WHU far more offensive than THFC fans, for some reason. Maybe the chip on shoulder about 1966.

Should be a tough fight between your two teams in the table this year as you will probably be fairly close to each other pointswise come May.

Any guesses which of your two clubs will finish higher?

Unfortunately, Spurs at this current time have a better team. Now if Pardew came back there might be a chance. I think a petition should be started to get Pardew to return to West Ham

So, in the end just the one point but it could, and should have been more after outplaying them twice.

I can live with that though. We know, and they know, that the gap in quality between the two sides is getting smaller and smaller.

We are only 5 points behind them this season and whilst I don't think we'll catch them, I don't see them pulling away from us to any great degree.

The big concern for them is the cost of their new stadium. They will have to be very thrifty with transfers and wages over the next decade in a similar way to how Arsenal have been. The difference being, Arsenal had a starting point as one of the best sides in England and had a squad capable of keeping them in the top four.

Spurs are probably the 6th or 7th best team in England at the moment. They are going to really struggle to stay competitive and pay for their new ground.

We, on the other hand have a stadium that's costing us peanuts that we will be moving into in 18 months time. The £2M a year rent is hardly going to make a dent in our new TV money - the rest of which can go towards improving the squad and the clubs infrastructure.

We are on the verge of overtaking the spuds. In fact, we might even do it before we move to our new home.

Now watch them all deny it and attempt to mock. Deep down they know I'm right.
