I said that Man City equaliser was a valuable point. If they had lost we would have been able to lose one, as it stands we can't because Man City have a better GD
Certain. They are six behind with one game in hand. If we lose one they can equal our points. Our GD is +51 and theirs is +54
'Great' article on the BBC tonight about how we can only blame ourselves if we fail to win the PL this season. Firstly, it's our fault every season we fail to win - same as the other 18 clubs who fail to do so...and secondly, today made **** all difference in terms of the points we need. Even City's draw with Sunderland made little difference to us because Rodgers will never send out a team with the aim of coming away with 'at least a point' - he only ever goes for maximum points. Are they just trying to heap pressure on us?
Well our loss means city and Liverpool can both reach 86 points. Which was my guess, I hope we don't lose it on goal difference at least.
