...we have ... in the past we would yo-yo between the top two divisions ... in the present we are the EPL Champions ... suck it up
Yes I know Bod. But they are CURRENTLY about 16th so they don't count in the Top 6 league. It looks like you'll hold on to 2nd, well done.... <cold down there?> Lets be honest who actually gives a **** about the big PL when you have the new super league top 6 PL?
See the problem with that is there is no such thing as a top 6 league. There are the top 6 teams of the premier league, if thats what you mean. But until we (or whoever, but likely us at this point), lift that trophy in May, Leicester are the Premier League Champions.
Have you not seen the 'Top 6 Table'? Liverpool are top with 19 points. Deal with it Bod and stop crying
That is completely down to other teams now isn't it? We've played home and away against the other five now haven't we? Edit: nope, still got to play Man City again (after Burnley)
I'm being a bit more conservative W7 D2 L2 finishing on 89. Be nice to break the 90 point barrier, which was the last Prem side to do that?
United got 90 points in 2009, last team to break 90 was us, we did it in 2005 and 2006, we got 95 and 91 points respectively.
Out of interest, how do you see our last set of games going? Our remaining fixtures (and my predictions for them) are: Watford (h) Win Stoke (a) Draw Palace (h) Win City (h) Win Bournemouth (a) Win United (a) Draw Saints (h) Win Everton (a) Lose Boro (h) Win WBA (a) Win Sunderland (h) Win Obviously this is the PL and we can win, lose or draw any of those games, but I feel we will lose one more time, and I have a feeling it will be at Goodison, our record there is pretty bad. I think we will do City at home, their defense is awful, their forward play is decent, as is ours, but we can defend and they cant, so a high scoring game like 4-2 to us or something. At OT Jose will inevitably set them up for the draw, its nailed on in my mind. Think we may also drop points at Stoke or maybe WBA, one or the other (but not both) Should add that I hope both Boro and Sunderland are relegated (or are safe) by the time we play them A lot may depend on that.
Far too many idiots on here. Maybe you could shadow me and explain my posts for those with humour bypasses, like Bluey
