Utter nonsense, we took off a full back and went 3 at the back to try and win the game, A loss is a loss at the bottom of the table, It was refreshing to see a sub come on in his own position with the intention of trying to win the game!

Exactly, 10 mins to go losing as I said, now and in the past... so put on a goal scorer, well a potential one....play on the wing CF or linkman makes no difference he is attack orientated......... another conceeded goal wont make a difference, we cant score to keep up let alone WIN.

MAKES SENSE

As for trying to be insulting it belittles your integrity Prem, shouts or insults usually mean you are losing or have lost the argument.........bit like toys out of the pram.

Prem - You may well be right, I bow to your superior knowledge of this subject.

However -
Does having been a Director for a Robert Maxwell company count ?
He taught me how NOT to 'man manage'.

Does captaining and managing a Western League outfit count ?

Does running my own business for 25 years, hiring and firing count ?

I have, at least an idea of man management - not sure of your credentials to call mine 'bollox'.

Clearly you have the experience then so you should also be quite clear on exactly how effective it is. As I have just seen on another forum, someone suggested that we should go on Southampton's board and tell them how stupid they were to get rid of the experienced Pardew in favour of an inexperienced physiotherapist.

I bet they are really regretting that decision.... NOT

They saw the potential in Adkins, the same as Norwich saw it in Lambert - blokes like this stick out like a sore thumb..

Experience is useful but it no guarantee of success. I personally believe that Jones would not attempt to solve the problems in the club but instead spend more of SL's money to increase our squad to 100 players, 75 of which would have to go under the new regs next season.

This club needs to be rebuilt by someone from the inside out and I know who I want to do the job.

Mcinnes's career conjures the word "winner" to mind and thats what I want here, even if it does take him a little time to re-arrange the club
