I thought I'd miss the quirky nature of an interpreter inbetween the manager and media, but Ronald has put that to bed. Every picture I see of Pochettino [saying Poch is far too cosy] annoys me alarmingly and I kind of miss David Salas.

Saw a quote from Pochettino, giving an interview at Spuds, saying he was speaking English "out of respect for the fans".

Explains why David Salas got the translation wrong sometimes. David was translating Castilian, whereas he needed to speak weasel.
Yeah, heard that on Radio Solent. I think Adam Blackmore and Co took it as an insult too.
I appreciate footballers and ex footballers generally speaking tend not to be the brightest but really our recently departed fallen angels are really beginning to grind my gears with their continual indirect insults

Dave M is always disappointed, he was born jaded and it sort of went downhill from then.
Hard for him last season, sadly he may enjoy this one more.
