Daniel Levy is not a football man and Baldini interferes, with no regard to the managers ideas. Every manager will fail under this regime.
That's why Pochettino is the Head Coach, and not manager. The continental approach can be successful if everyone is aligned i.e. Pochetinno wants young, technical players and Baldini finds them.
I agree with this. Pochettino prides himself on working with what he's got but that could be a slow process and for someone like Levy, patience isn't his strong suit.
he will last longer than hodgson did at yours and longer than Dalglish (2nd time) but not as long as shankly
A shame for him, but good for us, less competition. I really don't like seeing the manager merry-go-round but from a competitive point of view, while these other clubs are 'unstable' it's good for us.
Of course he was. He's proven his self just as much as Pochettino, AVB and Sherwood and Spurs are a step up from Everton (in terms of stance, quality of players, budgets, etc. I'd chose Everton myself though)
Lallana to spurs hopefully. Spurs to sack pochinetto around December /January as spurs hit relegation zone
