I don’t believe all the waffle about Ole getting time, he won’t get time unless he can start to get the best out of his current group of players. He’s nowhere near to achieving that so the vultures above him will be ready to pounce. The (real) fans will never turn on him and Woodward knows this. Poch is Woodward’s wet dream.
Do not understand why they gave him the job full time. Everybody outside of Utd was saying he's not experienced enough. Man Utd are too big a club to be ****ing about with treating managers with kid gloves just because they are ex players.
I think they put themselves in a tough position when he achieved such a great start. If he’d have carried on that good form until the end of the season then he’d have finished 3rd and deserved the role but they jumped the gun early, there was pros and cons to that decision but ultimately now they’ve got an even tougher decision to make. He could end up getting it right but at what cost? that’s what the Glazers are thinking right now.
The other question is if they were to bin him now who exactly could they get? Could end up bringing in Roy Keane on a temporary deal, wins a few games and all the pundits start jizzing over themselves about how great he is and repeat the whole process.
