Good luck to AN, it didnt work out and he got what he wanted, im sure he would have rather had success here but it was obvious a long time ago that it wasnt going to work out as much hope as everyone chucked in. He got his 2 Million pay out what hes hung on for and now we need to find a replacement, there really was no other option other than mutiny at CR. The board imo will have caused this down fall if we do not progress next season, they are the ones who have the responsibility to make difficult decisions and every time they seem drag there heals and do it to late.
Realistically who are we going to get in? We need a manager that will come in looking to develop the youth! Is Gary Rowett that man? What's his history like?
All I really know about him is that he was harshly dismissed and Brum have gone downhill since! I'd give him a chance!
No we haven't! We've still got the same useless excuse for a board, who will fail to back the next manager just as they failed to back AN
Who knows if it will make any difference. It surely can't be worse. Too late again from the board who in my opinion are the main problem. Yes the players have been poor too and some not good enough anyway. We do need to rebuild as many say but will anything change?
Shows just what a car crash of a club we're stoopid enough to support! Get the gaffer to explain his plans for getting rid of high earners this summer and rebuilding from scratch. Then sack him, an hour or so later, (four (4) months too late so that his successor can't utilise the January window.) Bloody typical - and bloody useless. And hold fire with all this 'family man' bullshit, he was a very well paid professional football manager who screwed up big time - repeatedly. End. Of. Adios.
Twat Mc Twatface is gone, he killed my club, I feel more positive now!!! FAILED TO BACK HIM???? WTF he's had and spent MORE money than any other manager!!
If the 2m's true I would have thought he'll be one of the one's rejoicing. Truth is he should have gone sometime ago and the board dragging their heels has only meant that his inevitable sacking is being celebrate by fans much more than it should have been. The poor time of the announcement is crass. Only our board could Balls up the sacking of a manger who has been living on borrowed time for about 6 months now. Personally I'm over the moon that he's gone, but I wish him well for the future and still think, if he can learn the lessons from his time at Norwich, than he can go on to a successful manager in the future.
I'm happy and if by sacking him we stay at our current level it's still much higher than where he was taking us.
I know the feeling. I'm just waiting for my tea to cook (45 minutes) and then I'm off down the Fat Cat!!!
