Why are you so concerned about the attendance levels at Fratton Park? There are a few Saints fans on The Snooze website who go on and on about how many people are at each match. There is obviously some issue that escapes me here. I don't care how many people attend your matches, why do you care so much about ours? Are you secret investors in Fratton Park or something?

We are simply exploding the myth you people try to perpetuate that you are the biggest club in the south with the biggest fan base. Doesn,t really stack up does it?
with 13,000 we can still create a cracking atmosphere. Anyone that was there last night would know that. You need 23,000 and piped in crowd noise and your still not loud. Not that I could actually give a monkeys about how many people walk into your ground every week.

I started this debate by saying that I thought Portsmouth will have a good season & you had a fair bunch of players. I simply said I thought the management at Fratton would no doubt be concerned at the level of support. Seems I have touched a very raw nerve indeed
You started off fine, made your point then deteriorated (yet again) into tit-for-tat got-to-have-the-last-word in a very tedious argument.
There is no raw nerve - I simply don't care - there are bigger things to worry about and other things to enjoy. Jeez - you sound like my son when he was a kid, but at least he was amusing. In the end you will just be ignored. The End!
Portsmouth will always be tinpot until the move out of their run down stadium and even then they wouldn't be able to fill a new ground unless the owners splash out on a brand new 12,000 seater.

Actually - I really am not, I couldn't give a fiddlers dram about how many bums are on seats in your bright new stadium or our charmingly antiquated park, but truthfully I do find it a tedious subject. The real clue was in the word nuts.
It hasn't been so much of a problem on here - but I'd just read the snooze site which had been taken over by certain Saints and Pompey fans goading each other and having a virtual schoolyard punch up - so I came on here for some intelligent and witty light relief.............. and there you were!!
But I must say I'm well impressed that you took notice of "the End".
