Nope. And It's really frustrating. This lass I see at the job center, that's trying to help me, says that normally after so long out of a job, they give clients training courses and **** like that to go on, as most people in my position need to learn more skills and gain more knowledge that employers desire, but she says I already have all the knowledge and skills, something which most people in my position rarely have, and that the training courses they normally send people on wouldn't really help me.

She said that she feels sorry for me because all she can recommend that I do is keep on applying for jobs and hope that someone will take me on.

All the admin jobs that I'm applying for are apparently very popular at the moment, so whenever I'm applying for them, there's normally around 50+ at least applying for the same job.

On the subject of jobs, It's hard for me because jobs in Admin/IT are what a lot of people go for these days.

I think I might have to eventually change my line of work. Maybe just accept a really ****ty one with decent pay. It's better than nowt <ok?

 

Might as well get a job with an agency until something suitable turns up, which usually happens.

 

I signed up with Addecco... about 3 months ago and haven't had a phone call back with any job offers since I signed up.
