What you haven't done is put a value on him, seeing as we "massively undersold him".... Sounds like you'd have expected £50m + for a player who, in your words, "could be genuinely world class in a year or two..."
I would just like to see him get a silly red and turn up late for training a couple times in scouseland, that would make the fee look a lot better! Seriously though, we know the people making decisions are on the right track, who knows, they may even be saying the same things as us lot. There's a risk in holding out for too long, and that can be a very dangerous game, so I think this will be my last mention of this summers fee's. We move on.....
