strong, very physical and improving in front of goal. full of running and is apparently now running much smarter than in the past.
Like alot of Irish players he took up football late as played alot of Gaelic so is a few years behind in his development hence why he is only just starting to show the potential he had a few years back.
Leicester have gone crazy. They will end up in administration though, all the teams with asian owners seem to. Give it a few months, they'll turn out to be hugely corrupt.
So.... Moving from our 'chink' owners (even Koby was on the ball regarding that) and how we will almosy certainly go into administration because of thier non-Britishness.... We (Leicester) are interested in Long. I've heard some Reading fans saying that he's been with you 6 years and this is the first time he has impressed you? If this is true, is it a case of him being young and now developing into a good player, or do you think last season was a flash in the pan? Would you be sad to see him go? Does he have Premiership potential? Cheers
Good player but I wouldn't go as far as to say he's best striker in the championship. Chopra is better.
Thing is we paid Madrid 2 million to play us - 2 million. Ridiculous!! Oh, hang on we doubled that in tv rights to Thailand and the far East. We sold out the game at 32150 so made nearly a million there - we raised the profile of the club to a new audience and attracted a few more fans along the way. That's good business. The Thai owners (Top) has been a fan of ours for a while (since seeing us at Wembley) and they are putting their own money in - I understand that these are loans but gift cash injections - so dont think we will go bust. If I was a Hammers fan I would be far more worried about moving to a ground that you cant fill with a running track around the pitch (mmm great views) and ruining what a great atmosphere you enjoy at The Boleyn. Not all City fans Basingstoke think we are "all that". Grow up gaybo
