Its not, as stated players are under contract until July 1st. They cant even train with a new club because they wouldnt be covered by insurance. The only definite signing is Diakite. Anything in the fail is agent talk trying to get their man in the window. They are usually linked to us because we seem the only ones who will pay big money to mediocre players.
