Damn, I knew there was some drawback to North Korea firing off nuclear weapons. Saints could lose investment. Joke alert. Joke alert. Joke alert.
Even if Gao doesn't invest another £ we're still in a better financial position as we're debt free. I know that probably wasn't the intention, but I'm not too concerned by reports like that. As long as he doesn't want to take money out then we should be ok.
As Gao seemed to find a way around that when buying us "personally" I'd imagine he would be a able to do a similar thing further down the line....
My WBA friends (I live up in South Staffs) have said that they have seen no difference in the running of their club and no real interference in their management. Villa is a different cup of tea where their owner is very much personally involved

Mr Gao may be the owner but hasn't registered for any involvement in the running of the Club? We still haven't heard from him about his future ambitions.
This happened at WBA, they were taken over by Chinese investors and absolutely nothing has noticeably changed from the fans point of view.
I said all along next Summer will be when we see what the plans are imo. Kat is not in control though, if Gao wants to do something pretty sure she can't stop him.
We have a Board running the affairs of the Club, still split in two registered sections, they must be making all of the relevant decisions, no doubt Mr Gao can veto anything he doesn't approve of, but has yet to tell us what his role will be or what his intentions are. It would be nice to know!
