Pearson is right that we have a soft underbelly - we've dominated many games possession wise and also created more goalscoring chances than the opposition - but unless we convert these AND stop giving goals away by poor defending, our season will be one of 'might have beens' - time to freshen it up for me - give Tunch a start and also Schlupp - both hungry for different reasons...

.... plus, we have given a lot of stick to other teams - can't go getting all mardy and taking our ball home with us just coz the other kids have cause to laugh at our current discomfort.

Hopefully our season will turm around - and there is a long long way to go.

Didn't go to the game but my brother did and once again he said he was solid. Nothing he could do with either goal. Class player.

A free header from 3 yards and you're blaming the keeper? <doh>

I think I'm beginning to see why Leeds fans don't rate Kasper. Their understanding of football is so rudimentary they thing that every time a team concedes a goal it's the keeper's fault. So Leeds' both defensive record last year was due to Kasper. And absolutely not the defense's fault. No way.

And yet you can't see that the 'keeper has to be considered at least partially responsible if the ball hits both his legs before going through them for the goal? Of course the defence are culpable for letting Sharp get the header in, but it was a header that should have been saved, and it was a classic Kasper mistake.

Never. If he saved it it would have been a wonder save. Stop trying to put everything he does down as a mistake, we both know it wasn't and we both know Leicester City have managed to get a fabulous keeper in for way under what he's worth. He's been brilliant for us and has been phenomenal.

Speaking of goalkeeping errors. Your lad in goal on saturday hardly covered himself in glory did he? Came rushing out got nowhere near it <laugh>

Yeah, Lonners did make a mistake, his first of the season straight after injury. That shows why you're so impressed with Kasper if you think blocking a header going straight at him would count as a wonder save. If the ball goes through a 'keepers legs it's always a mistake.

Sorry, but you're talking bollocks (again).

How can you blame a keeper for not saving downward free header from three yards? You'd have to be superman to have the reactions to do anything about it (the fact he nearly saved it says it all).

He's been stunning in goal and the fact that you come here trying to knock him down suggests you're bitter about his departure. He's a Leicester player now so I struggle to see why you care <laugh>

You've clearly never been a goalkeeper then <doh>

Stance of a goalkeeper with the ball coming into the box is that of open legs so that said goalkeeper can spring into any direction to either make a save to his left/right or jump up to catch the ball.

****ing hell OLM, I know you're not the smartest but please think before you type <ok>

I care because he's an ex Leeds player, so I like to keep up and see how he's doing. I'm far from bitter about his departure, he's a great shot stopper but inconsistent and not as good as Lonergan or McCarthy. If the header was anywhere other than straight at him I would agree with you, but letting any shot go through your legs is embarrassing.

Youre talking complete ****e! You know you are!

How can a keeper be expected to keep a free header out from 3 yards? ****ing hell, the fact he got anywhere near keeping it out shows how good he it.

Now lets drop it. I'm more than happy with my keeper and you are happy with yours.

Now stop being so ****ing childish about it.

I'm the one being childish? Rich coming from you. I'll leave this saying that I find it incredible that you think it's so impressive that a 'keeper would nearly save a shot that is straight at him, no matter how close it is.

Look up the definition of 'sarcastic remark' and the one for 'debate contribution' and see if you can figure out which my post was. <ok>
