Don't try to wriggle out of this one. The link said we sold 2600 with some tickets still to be sold. It's likely that we sold the rest within the next two days. Just face the facts, you were wrong. I've proved it. As I said earlier, quit making up facts.

You may have sold out for United away but your away support at some other grounds was poor... Remember watching your match at Bolton. Just managed to fill half of the stand....

I cannot believe this thread is still going after all this time!!

Your team so dull you've got nothing else to talk about??<whistle>

Yes I must take my hat off and admit that despite 5 hours of defending in two semis and a final and winning a penalty shootout that the 6th best team in the premiership is indeed the best team in Europe!!:emoticon-0137-clapp

Correct.

Did the Liverpool ever visit Loftus Road as champions of Europe... in 78, 79, 82 or 85?

Are you going to give us a guard of honour?

All joking aside it will be interesting to see what does happen come September? My guess is nothing, TBH I can't even see handshakes taking place until JT and AF have gone.

And we would easily sell it out! Looking forward to going to Loftus Road this season... will be a great atmosphere... (if QPR sell all their tickets this time)

I'm sure that in time providing we stay in the EPL that we will have attracted sufficient 'plastic fans' as you have done over the last 15 years to fill a stadium.

Fact is for the FA Cup game in what was one of your biggest games of the season you couldn't sell out at all... Were about 15,000 there and 3200 Chelsea fans... Poor show. Plus we had high attendances way before so your argument isn't void.

It was our twentieth most important home game of the season. Congrats to HB for his perserverance at this dross making it to the 75 post mark.

We are your biggest rivals... A cup game against your biggest rivals is surely a huge game for you lot? I am honestly looking forward to our game early on in the season. I think the atmosphere will be incredible. At the moment it is a 3pm kick off... is that likely to change or not?

I'd be amazed if it's not moved to midday with plenty of restrictions on local pubs. The police will want it to be as low key as possible as the cup game was.

As for your first point, it's a sad indictment of the cup, at least in the early rounds. For any team with something to play for it's not a priority- fourth place is celebrated more than a cup win, which is a shame.
