He had just been given treatment, the fourth official let him back on the pitch far too close to play (which isn't allowed) so he tried to take the ball from an unsuspecting Norwich player. Nothing wrong with that. Hassling is part of his game - ask Turner.

Yeah the officials were not very impressive. Not least the undeniable penalty on Suarez, to be fair, but all round ****ing useless has been our experience over the last year and a bit.
