I was amazed to read that Stephen Fletcher is only 28. Good player, but looks and plays like he is at least early thirties. It must be a hard life north of the border.

Simon Church to Aberdeen and Michael Smith to Portsmouth, both on loan.

What price Colin Kazim-Richards coming to the Valley? Ticks all the right boxes for RD. Washed-up career, trouble-maker, cheap.
We dodged that bullet. On loan to Celtic instead.

When you think Celtic and Aberdeen, the top two clubs in Scotland, are signing the likes of Church and CK-R it shows the desperate state Scottish football is in.

Do you think it's because he's got a plea bargain? Plead guilty, no trail with evidence coming to light, no jail time, still be able to play football. Then obtain a gagging order that no journalists can write about it post-trial.
