Makes me believe they don't want to change things. Look through history. Revolutions are never clean. Surely they should know that
Looking through football history, have fans ever managed to get rid of an owner who is determined to cling on? Millwall fans used to smash up their owner's car showroom whenever they lost at home, which probably helped him decide to move out. I can't imagine our fans doing that- I wouldn't. Carlisle fans eventually got Michael Knighton out, not before he'd almost destroyed the fabric of the club. And with Roland there is the added problem that he only visits SE7 once in a blue moon, and not on match day, so he obviously couldn't care less about our welfare. Plus the fact that nobody really knows why he wants to own Charlton, although we all have our ideas.
Silly black and white days will achieve nothing ...I find the card alternative kit abit pointless too to be honest though seem to f sold well
Urgent message for @AllHellLetLoose Check out the front page of the Daily Mail today It made me splutter on my muesli.
Twitter blowing up with stories of Dean Cox leaving Orient. What's actually going on over there, they seem to be having problems with their owner too?
That is Reams' favourite player - he must have started about 6 threads about him on ITTV. Reams loves Cox.
There is still on line speculation that new Chief Scout Steve Head has been removed from his post after only 3 months. There is also comment that this is because Russell wants his own man in the role. If this is the case, why did Meire put the cart before the horse (as was said at the time of the appointment ) and select a Chief Scout when she had no manager to recommend which positions required strengthening Weird and unique. If the stories about Steve Head are true, has Meire saddled the club with yet another costly pay off ...
Was reading an article about rob Elliott signing a new 4 year contract with Newcastle and noticed he won their POTY, despite being injured for the last few months. Fair play to the guy. Was also surprised to see he was now 30.
Wonder what's happened at Derby? They've asked Pearson to stay away from tonight's game and pit Powell in charge
Pearson apparently tried to have a punch up with the owner. Guys a loose cannon. Apparently very bitter due to the success at Leicester which he credits himself for.
We must always remember him for strangling the palice dude on the touchline two seasons ago. Pardew just stood there and watched!
