I'm on IPhone and if it says delivered it mean they've received it. It will say read once they've read it. They might be ignoring you......

What grates me is that all they need to do is withdraw their offer on the website. They don’t even need the bollox to message that

 

Proof of funds is simply sending your bank statement to the Agent then the solicitor. With an explanation as to why you have thousands of transactions of £50 a pop from different random people

 

The funds though are with the solicitor who dealt with probate.
