It is on YouTube, no sound but quite blatant to see, so Interpretation and proper communication is needed, as anyone can distort events to inflame the situation. Even so, men are seen snatching food & water and throwing it away, whereas young children are seen trying to get food and water and running off with it. It could be interpreted that they are frightened of people in masks possibly giving them tainted or poisoned food? but , IMO, that would be bolloxs.
