There have been rare times when i've had some scary moments, but with the duel controls, i don't often feel out of control. It's only when they do something very suddenly, without warning, and i can't do anything about it...that can be scary..
I dont think I would have the patience or tolerance to do that job! You must have the patience of a saint sometimes
I tried to teach Mrs L to drive when she first got her provisional licence - as my dad had for me - but I just could not do it - she quickly took lessons !!
Too true - and the nearest we came to divorce was on the Peripherique when with five small children in the back I was demanding to know which "Port" I needed to take with Mrs L controlling the map. Is it now? I asked, now? I demanded, now? I insisted, now? I shouted - eventually Mrs L said "Now" - and we turned in the wrong direction onto a one way road heading into the centre of Paris in the rush hour. The rest of our journey after the very voluble near divorce was extremely quiet

Oh my! Our friends have hired two houses in the middle of nowhere. 5 star luxury...two pools, two gyms, two games rooms...last night they had people come in to cook us a barbeque...this is the stuff you imagine happens but never happens to you. It's completely amazing. We were going to go out for the day today but there's so much to do here we've decided to stay in. i've already beaten our host at Pool...yay me lol. i'll be off for a swim soon...

we might go for a walk later...so far i've managed the hottub, pool and steam room lol..life is tough!
