BHD should help your movement if anything ! H I still think total rest for 2 days would be better , You know you can do 3m with your eyes shut , I dont see what your going to gain at the risk of further aggravating an injury! See what W-y thinks ,but with 3 weeks to event , you have a serious prob now ............ and you might not be doing the event!
i just thought i should keep moving, but if you think i shouldn't, then i'll go with your advice, truth is, i have no idea what i should be doing but my back really doesn't feel right..so...you probably are!
See if you can catch w-y in the morning! I would do it for you ,but we are out early in the morning ,goingto the vets tis the dogs jab time!!! its a 50 min drive!
I think if you are getting more snags ,then you need to rest ! trying to work through 1 is bad enough !,but several!! How are the blisters / as well are they goiing down yet!
the blisters are still under the plasters...but they're not sore so i think they're ok.....they're not shrinking but they're fine! What time is w-y around in the morning? 50m is way too far for a jab! lol
