Well - she was diagnosed with a tumour in her stomach just before Christmas and had to go to London to have it removed as it was the size of a rugby ball - 22cm and weighed 3 and a half kilos - so you could say no. However she later confessed that she had suspected it was there before we moved to Wales but closed her mind to it -so we can't blame Wales. In fact the recuperative effects of living here are enormous and she is now incredibly well- probably fitter than she has been for years
Pissed off - if you'll excuse my French We were going to paint the kitchen ceiling today - we had some work done last year above the kitchen and got a leak so there are hairline cracks and staining so we got some paint to cover it before applying the final coat. The blooming pot of paint though is faulty - you had to stir it but flakes came up throughout it which if you try to use it on the ceiling leaves you with bits everywhere - so unusable. Now got to go back and get more - of course I can't find the receipt as we bought it six months ago - etc etc Will go in an hour or so but it is a 30 miles round trip and will mean I probably wont start now today grrrrrrrr
