I've got loads of sets of cufflinks, through going to various weddings/christenings etc over the years, but never owned or wore a tie pin
I think I get a tie pin with my companies name on it when I've done 5 years which is this August I get a brochure as well that I'm allowed to pick anything from the "5 year range" They just brought the scheme in a year or 2 ago and my boss has done 30 years, so was able to add up all the money for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years.
