Not a 'blessing in disguise' for me, but, as Worthy used to say, 'an opportunity for others'. I'd like to see a 4-2-3-1:
Ruddy
Martin Turner Hooiveld Olsson (or Garrido)
Howson Tettey
Grabban Odjidja-Ofoe Redmond
Jerome
With Grabban and Redmond switching sides and Howson linking up with Odjidja-Ofoe while Tettey covers in front of the defense.
I know it's controversial on here, but I think if we're only having one DM it really has to be Johnson because he is much more disciplined and better positionally IMO. This looks like a great attacking formation, but I still feel we are vulnerable at the back and need someone of Johnson's discipline despite his obvious shortcomings (we must be very high up in the table for goals conceded per shot on our goal because seemingly everything hit Ruddy's direction is going in at the moment).
