    Errrrrrrr... Shalford? That's tiny. Similarly Shawford near Winchester which I think might be even more small and pointless.

    It would make sense if there was a station in Cranleigh instead of Shalford. How long does it take to get from Guildford to Shalford? Two minutes? I know this ****, I've played Sim City.

    Oh Shawford, so small that only the first set of doors on the first carriage of the train actually opens. I got a train there once after I walked from Winchester to Shawford after missing my bus to Alresford to see Pompey Ladies play resulting in an impromptu day out in Winchester.

    Harpenden station has a really clear intercom. And the guy tells you to have a nice weekend and stuff.

    Well, the trains up north look like stagecoach buses and you don't get an announcer so you either have to hope to see a sign or just guess.

    2 minutes sounds about right. A station in Cranleigh would make far more sense and mean a much nicer journey than the 40-odd minute bus trip it is now. Of course if there was a train station in Cranleigh my sister probably wouldn't have been able to afford a house there.
