I don't mind/care that she had a fuller beard than I've ever been able to grow but it's just the song was so rubbish.

I mean loads of countries that had better songs IMO: Netherlands, Iceland, Russia, Switzerland, Denmark, Poland, Romania, even Armenia was better in an odd sort of way.

 

PL you are right. Maybe you should right to Brussels and tell them the whole event is a farce. Maybe no-one realises this.

 

Could be better. Saw her and her boyfriend on Friday and she was being so god damn adorable. It also doesn't help when she's resting her head on me and rubbing my thigh under the table. He was sitting right next to her and had absolutely no issue. I'm sure he notices when this happens as well. I'm just sitting there thinking "what the ****?"

 

I'm becoming more and more convinced that everything they do is a calculated effort to groom you for an eventual violent threesome. And you know, that's not a bad thing.

I have more than one ex actually! But I should explain why I mention this bit about validation. With the girl in question, getting dumped three times in less than two months (and not in a sort of Taylor Swift kind of way) really destroyed my confidence as a result subsequently I have sought a relationship with a greater desire than I would have, as much to prove to myself that I am capable of holding down a relationship that lasts even a few months and show to myself there isn't something 'wrong' with me.

As for the girl repellent stuff, I keep that hidden most of the time!

 

Just don't go for a relationship, that's my attitude. Plenty of time in my 30s and 40s for those.

 

Tbf, I would happily take some hot meaningless sex which would also serve to show myself that there isn't something 'wrong' with me.

I'd rather it be a bit more meaningful of course, but I'll take what I can get.
