    I agree with Yid almost completely on his assessment.

    If we win any points at any of the top 6 away it will involve frustrating them till they over commit/get desperate, then taking the 1 or 2 chances that come our way. Liverpool in particular have been undone in that manor a number of times in recent seasons.

    We were terrible first half against Newcastle, I think you have to blame the players, much (should be Mutch) better 2nd half though. All our other home games have been against top 6 sides.
    I think we need to give MM a chance to put his stamp on our home performances but Chelsea away, Utd home and Arsenal home are all definitely bus parking days! IMO

    Ah, fair enough. I do think it's important to build a foundation in the match first though so I think you're better off setting up to deal with their attacks first, if you can frustrate them then that's when more players start getting forward for them and the gaps open up. A bit like our game, you had chances as the game wore on and we became more open and in the end you only missed out on a good point by a minute or so.
