Seems I owe Ben Garner an apology.

Either I was always wrong about him sulking and being demotivated because he thought he was short-changed in the transfer window,
or he has now got over his sense of injustice and knuckled down to the hard task.

I get plenty of things wrong, no point denying that :emoticon-0111-blush
But I'm happy to be wrong if it means there is more to Garner than I thought, and therefore some hope for our season.
Well done tonight, to our Gaffer and the lads <applause>

Love playing the south coast teams.
Funnily enough we didn't play so well against 10 men.
Curbs will be happy, he was saying recently that you expect the odd goal from your defenders...

7 goals in 2 games, no 2 by the same player, none by Stockley.

Really enjoyable game - huge battling performance by us though it wasn't until the red card/third goal that I thought we had put it to bed. Once again, waking up to a winning feeling was great, and looking forward to the Shrewsbury game, which is an unusual feeling for Charlton fans recently.
Big shout out to Fraser who was a rock with Dobbo in the middle.

Fair play to the Portsmouth fans, they created a bit of atmosphere. Can't see Project Breakeven succeeding at this rate.
