We really are so poor at the back. Still, we come out second half level which seemed unlikely at some points. Jones really isn't very good at all. And Ladapo does a great air shot!

<wah> Cobblers 2-3

Late goal conceded again.

Must have been the last kick.

Literally speechless. Conceded three at home again. Ridiculous red card buggered us, but if Ladapo was knackered, and clearly lacked match sharpness, he should have been hauled off as we had Kanu on the bench. We don't get any breaks, but we make things impossible.

Whilst I was screaming for f**** sake when refreshing BBC, the locals screamed "Appleton sair".

I'm not one for knee jerking but it's not looking good for the fella.
For us fans, the shame is that the three stooges have not got a f****** clue which way to turn.

Yep. Just announced he's gone on Charlton TV. Very very quick decision - suggests he was told it was win or bust tonight.

If he was told he had to win or else, it would explain why he took off Watson for Campbell when we were already down to 10 men. A very risky move to chase the win, and save his job, which backfired when they conceded a goal from where Watson would have been. Pure conjecture of course.

We are 4 points above the drop zone this evening.
All the teams below us except Fleetwood (24th) have better form than us over the last 6 games.

Going by an average target from the last dozen League One seasons, Charlton are zero points above the target for avoiding relegation.

Tayo - no one agrees with the decision apart from the utterly awful ref. It was a foul against you and arguably a straight red for their player. Utter travesty. And according to Brownie we can’t even appeal the yellow card and thus get the red overturned.

So as CBT has gone already and hasn’t been replaced, we’ll likely have Thomas as our left wing back on Saturday :emoticon-0107-sweat.
