As I said earlier in the week, a number of people have said that Pratley has been our most consistent player of the season so far.
Derby the worst side we have played so far this season, but you can only beat what is in front of you. We looked comfortable throughout, with Cullen & Gallagher bossing Bielik in the midfield. The technique on Conor’s brilliant goal was a thing of beauty. Great to see us playing so fluently, and not looking likely to get sucked into trouble. As for Derby...they were a car crash
Gallagher scored probably goal of the season. Looked up, saw where the goalie was and floated the ball over him and into the onion bag. Magnificent. We're a pretty good side.
He's surely proved you wrong though. The last few games I have seen him in he has been excellent. The only way he will not get to five goals is if he gets injured.
Delighted to be proven wrong in such circumstances. He’s taken his goals at Fulham & again today very well.
Very impressed with our back five. Didn't give Derby anything. I thought we would struggle to score goals but three against Derby and two against Fulham proves there is life after Taylor.
Pratley had a good game today, plugging the gaps in front of the defence. Without being churlish, I don’t think Forster-Caskey brings much to the team.
Thought Darby looked good with the ball in the first half, without ever threatening. Second goal killed them. Pratley mom in my opinion
Regarding Bonne. At the Bromley meeting Jackson and Marshall said when he first came to the club he needed to believe in himself a bit more. Nearly all of us thought it would be hard for him national league to championship. They said him scoring the two goals gave him a lot of confidence and he was walking about with a lot more swagger in him.
