I think they held a load of tickets back in each stand so those who travelled yesterday could still get some in the stand they want. Judging by how busy the shop was and the amount of posts on here/Facebook/twitter etc, the attendance for this one won't be too bad. At least the stands we're using will look full.
spoke to them this morning and changed from North to East stand no problem. Lady on phone said problems might be because they were adding tickets in blocks online which would confirm what said above re holding some back (sort of) also why some dropdowns were working last night / this morning and others weren't as blocks sold out. Anyway she also said seem to be selling well - let's hope so.
Got 6 this morning in East stand 'unreserved seating' . They confirmed South stand would be open . Was selling tickets from Ticket office and Tiger Leisure . Quite a few sold this morning they said .
Was in Princes Quay buying mine for the East and they said it was steady. Sold mainly for East Stand, hardly any in North. This is presumably just for PQ sales though.
Just been to the ground to get mine. West obviously all gone, East nearly gone, North selling well. Can see it being a bit of a scramble...get there early on the night. Those free programmes will run out too.
The tickets are selling well. They should add pay on the gate to the South Stand if that's still undersubscribed when they open it (and North if it needs it).
I collected my tickets from the ticket office at 5.15pm. Plenty of tickets in West Lower, North and East. The guy I was speaking to said a crowd of 11- 12K is expected.
I was told the same this afternoon, easily got the 8 I needed now just need to arrive early enough to get the seats we want together
