Uhmm, interesting ruling. Seems to be the converse of the old "four foreigners" rule which the European courts ruled was "illegal" and a "restriction on a persons right to work". Would be interesting to see what happens if a "big" club took them to task. Does this ruling apply in the EPL as well or just the lowly leagues??
