If people are not happy here they are welcome over there, that's why i mentioned it, but people are adults and can make their own minds up if they want to go there

A quite reasonable response wouldn't you say, and my point is this, so there is no misunderstanding this place is being run like a dictatorship its just my opinion, but its my opinion

Of course you're entitled to your opinion and express it Mabbs, the fact that you're wrong is not the point.........

Mabbs - from an outsider's point of view, this forum has needed a strong hand for quite a while now - it was being ruined by a few. They are admittedly entitled to post what they like, but then it is the responsibility of the appointed moderators to control it for the benefit of the majority, not as a chat shop for the minority.

If you call that "dictatorship" then that's fair enough on your terms. Most onlookers will see it as a return to a football chat forum for the right reasons.

This new Swan's forum that many from here seem to have migrated to will no doubt benefit from not606's loss.

 

So the Swansea City forum is out of control and you want a cuddly forum on here?. Yet the first thread on the Kairdiff City forum is:

PGF - I have no input on what Swamp posts, so don't come over all offended like everytime I post over here.

If you want to take up the point with our moderators or even the higher echelons of moderation on here (if there are any left) then please do so.

In the meantime, I shall continue to post what I like and Swamp is entitled to post what he likes - don't confuse the two.

The only conclusion is that your either bent on wumming or recruiting. Maybe both. My own view is that most of you are worried that there hasn't been the mass exodus you wanted so you'll do whatever it takes to make life as miserable as possible for the ones who have remained. If I'm right then you'll all be banned soon enough and we can get back to the football ASAP. If I'm wrong you'll be contributing constructively to the debate.

You state that the Swansea City is out of control and thus imply that the Cardiff City forum is not. People can see exactly what you are doing. Hiding for two years while Cardiff wallow in the Championship, once you sniff a bit of equity you seek to enforce your views over here.

 

My choice of the word elderly was only because I didn't want to use the word mature, sorry if that offended you. My point being the people are far too old for what they've been up to. And yes there's been some attention seeking since the so called Groovy Gang stopped getting their own way over here and buggered off. People creating leaving threads and not actually leaving, for example. Regarding what the Cardiff board is up to, that's not up to me but can you imagine the groovy gang's reaction if we had as big a meltdown as this board? I think most of the Cardiff posters are being decent about this and just want a bit of banter back. As do the remaining Swans.

Most of the ones who have 'left' for the new board were the ones preventing fans of other teams from commenting over here. Do you not find it odd that since people have left here, there have been droves of fans of other clubs coming and saying the same thing?

P.S. I'm all for a bit of immaturity if it's all in the name of humour, but I meant the stuff that you'd expect 5 year olds to fight over.

What concerns me is the lack of Swans on this board, from what i have seen there are very few swans left here, most contributions are from mancs,scousers and cardiff fans, hey but its just an observation on my part

 

Why does it 'concern' you mabon? You said just a few days ago:

Yet you're still here? Why? As is your right you've criticised this forum and its members, you've said your goodbyes but you linger.

I stand by every word of my comment above relating to banning. Read it again if you must. I simply stated that if anyone's here to talk footie and abide by the rules then that's fantastic. On a personal note you have a lot to offer.

But if anyone has an agenda that includes wumming, insults and general disruption then they'll inevitably find themselves banned. There is a lot of evidence stacking up that some 'defectors' are doing just that. Take a look at jackcymraeg's posts for example.

You call that a 'dictatorship', I call it protecting the forum.

 

Some of us are still here waiting for you lot to piss off and leave us as we are.
