    1st time I tried today as was on holiday for Liverpool game. Was gutted not to be in 1st priority group as went to 9 away games last year and am a season ticket holder! Am in Bulgaria so wasn't sure how I'd get on but managed to get in after 20 minutes and get 3. Like Essex I am only 15 minutes away from West Ham so well pleased!

    If I'd bought one of them thar fancy premium memberships and missed out on the tickets again, I might be inclined to start screen shoting each failed queue screen and send the club an email suggesting they send me a refund.

    Still not been able to get near a ticket. I feel so sorry for the people who bought that lower tier membership! They have pissed that right down the shower! Horrible.

    Agreed and IMO, the club should refund their money to those who have bought the lower membership in an effort to recover some of the goodwill that this whole fiasco has caused.

    I'm going to try and get Dunc a Citeh ticket and if you want, I can try to get you a ticket for Watford - let me know though no guarantees.

    If I paid £50 premium membership plus presumably one for my son and couldn't buy a ticket I would be fuming .

    Adult £32
    Under 16 £19

    £2 booking fee.


    I'll be trying to do the same for Arsenal away .
