That's right, before his appeal case. New evidence was presented apparently, which led to the quashing & re-trial. Illegal or not though, what he was getting up to does not reflect well on his character.
According to @AllHellLetLoose we were not going to concede for the rest of the season. Two poor goals to give away. Innis didn't get close enough to Evans for the first.
