If you bother (I doubt if you will) to investigate the matter further, you will find that the freehold of LEGOLAND is owned by none other than Cardiff City Council. Cardiff City Council then lease the ground out to tenants - namely Cardiff City Football Club or an associated company. This is exactly the same situation as the Swans. So both grounds are in fact Council grounds. But yours is still LEGOLAND
