The balance of experienced players to inexperienced (either age related or players new to the league) is horribly off. When your seasoned pro's are Ned and Henry you are in trouble. My God do we need a leader in the middle of the park. I usually try and stay as upbeat as possible but without a real captain on the pitch we are in for a struggle. Oh and a goalscorer would be nice too.
