Finally arrived at the hotel about 7 hours ago. We get £500 back for the late departure and a further £500 for the emergency landing. Sound. Hotel has upgraded me to the best room in the gaff. Each room individually decorated with a huge wrap around balcony overlooking the ocean. Away to see my pal now to sort my weed out for the stay.

I was finally allowed permission to visit a certain poor community up in the hills, I’ve been asking to see them for years. It used to be an actual ghetto when they were fenced in but thankfully the fence has come down now but living standards are on the floor, unfortunately. Definitely the most dangerous and roughest place I’ve visited. The police won’t even go there they’ve got a community leader who is judge, jury and executioner.

I thrived up here. No police, no rules, everyone does what they want and everyone needs to constantly watch their back. Once you’re accepted tho, it’s a great feeling and they really welcomed me.

This is the one pub up here, I literally fell out of there and on my face one night. Them Jamaican boys can’t half drink.

Oh didn’t take a load of pics, mostly videos, but this was my view every morning. When I sat up all I could see was the green and blue ocean. Great room and views, really peaceful and relaxing. I did have about 15 people on the balcony one night for a party, from Manchester and Canada.

Am going to the Orkney Islands at the end of May.
Love all that ancient monument stuff.

flying to Aberdeen and then getting a ferry (a 6 or 7 hour journey).

Really stupidly excited about it

Orkney's are great, the folk are ever so slightly weird, about 20 hrs of daylight that time of year.
Enjoy mate

A former police officer has been jailed for 10 years and six months after leading a paddleboarding expedition on a rain-swollen river that ended in four people losing their lives.

Nerys Lloyd, 39, pleaded guilty to four counts of gross negligence manslaughter and a Health and Safety at Work offence over the tragedy on the River Cleddau in Haverfordwest, south-west Wales.

Morgan Rogers, 24, Nicola Wheatley, 40, Andrea Powell, 41, and Lloyd’s co-instructor Paul O’Dwyer, 42, a former soldier, died in October 2021.

Mrs Justice Stacey told Swansea crown court she would be released no later than two-thirds of the way through her sentence and the remainder would be served on licence in the community.

At the time two tonnes of water every second going over the weir, and they went over the top and became trapped in the bottom with such forces.

Going with my bro to Turkey in a few weeks. His Mother has him lined up with an absolute beauty to marry so he’s going across to meet her and chill for a bit. He wants me to go with him, so hopefully I come back with a Turkish wife too :emoticon-0115-inlov
